How do I delete my account? Go to Profile > Settings (gear icon) > Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and everything you've posted.
How do I make my account private? Go to Profile > Settings and turn on Private account. New followers will need your approval.
How do I report or block someone? Tap the "…" menu on any profile, review, or comment, then choose Report or Block. Manage blocked users in Settings > Blocked users.
Who can see my notes? Only you. Notes are shared only with mutual friends you choose, using "Share notes with a friend" on an episode.
How do I keep a log private? Turn on the Private toggle when you log an episode. Private logs only appear in your own Diary.
A podcast or episode is missing. Heard uses Apple's public podcast directory. If a show isn't listed there, it won't appear in Heard yet.
